To enroll a youth into our program, please complete the following form. It must be accompanied by the Liability Release Form found here. Forms can be emailed directly to wisdominmotionks@gmail.com. To schedule an Initial assessment, please schedule here. All documentation must be received prior to in person meeting.

Youth Mentorship Program Overview

At Wisdom In Motion, we are dedicated to empowering young individuals to conquer challenges and flourish by nurturing sense of belonging, identity, and resilience. Our Youth Mentorship Program is tailored to assist at-risk youth, particularly those facing personal hurdles or who have engaged with law enforcement or the justice system.

How the Program Functions:

One-on-One Mentorship: Participants are matched with committed mentors who offer guidance, motivation, and essential life skills. These mentors, comprised of seasoned professionals and community leaders, serve as positive role models and a dependable support network.

Group Workshops: Participants take part in interactive sessions focused on vital life skills such as conflict resolution, career readiness, and building healthy relationships.

Cultural Connection: We incorporate cultural education to encourage participants to explore their heritage, instilling pride in their identity and enhancing self-confidence.

Skill-Building Activities: From preparing traditional meals to engaging in community service projects, participants develop teamwork, leadership, and through practical experiences.
